Description
A one-time rubbish tip, this 17 hectare (41-acre) site and landscaped gardens and floral displays was reclaimed in 1994 for the 50th anniversary of the D-Day Landings. All the gardens are dedicated to peace. The superb rose garden with its 15000 plants is not to be missed.
