Description
Jardin des Cinq Sens.
This Garden of the Five Senses has been designed so that it can be enjoyed by everyone, even those with handicaps. The layout, equipment and plants have been chosen to appeal to all five senses.
The musical spring and fountains use hearing, trees and shrubs with aromatic leaves and flowers appeal to the sense of smell, especially in the scent trap where the sunny position and the warmth caught on the stones encourage the scents to stay in the air.
The sundial with heat-sensitive buttons allows you to tell the time with your fingers.
The use of different materials in the garden features and on the ground allows touch to be used to find your way around using a raised cold-sensitive guiding line.
Finally, taste has not been forgotten with plantings of soft fruit bushes.
