The Gardens Of Grand Courtoiseau

The 17th century manor house is surrounded by a contemporary garden which reflects that period. Beautifully planted flower beds with old roses, perennials, bulbs, shrubs are bordered by boxes and surrounded by topiaries of yews.
Planted moats and an alley of majestic Linden trees three hundred years old, fountains, antic statues add their attraction to the park where your steps will be accompanied by perfumes and the murmur of water. Grand prize of "French Horticultural Society" rewarded the garden.
Gardens appearing on the "Round trip through the most remarkable gardens of the Loire Valley" and bearing the label "Remarkable Garden" awarded by the French ministry of Culture.
