Sceaux Park
The Sceaux Park is a symbol of the grand gardens in the French style of the seventeenth century. At first, we have the impression that the park was constructed following a very rigourous and classical structure. However, there are many different gardens which offer large, open perspectives looking out over vast expanses of green lawns, groves of trees, pools and fountains. The Grand Canal blends in harmoniously and offers delightful, picturesque views to the casual stroller. These unusually varied perspectives encourage different types of activities which help to create an enchanted atmosphere in this historical site.
