Nested with the shelter of the solid mass of the Cap Canaille, classified site, the Park of Mugel represents a harbour of greenery in the heart of La Ciotat.
Born during the XIXe century, this Park was enriched by new plantations of chestnuts and palm trees.
With its 12 hectares, it profits from a microclimate supporting a dense vegetation and diversified. The park also proposes a zone of plays bound for young people and areas rest. The discovery of this natural place is carried out by small paths which curve with the foot of the cliffs.
The Park of Mugel conceals marvellous landscape and botanical riches, with rare tropical plants and a rich flora.
