As the fine weather arrives, oceans of heather glow in mauve, parma, pink and white. They sway beneath glorious conifers from the forests of the world. You stroll softly along the short, green lawns, accompanied by the cheerful spring songs of the birds.
Thanks to their welcome gift, visitors on this first day can discover, at half price, after the heathers in March, the Magnolias and American Dogwoods in April, the Rhododendrons in May, the roses and Chinese Dogwoods in June or even the flamboyant colours of autumn in October.
